Tony Sales is a Bay-Area drummer currently touring with legendary rock-and-rollers, Flamin' Groovies. He comes from a musical family, his father and uncle being the Sales Brothers, the rhythm section known for their work with Todd Rundgren (Runt), Iggy Pop (Lust for Life), and David Bowie (Tin Machine) among others.
Tony himself has recorded and toured internationally with numerous artists, with 15 years of stage and studio experience. He also leads his own group, Ardent Sons, with a debut album in 2018. |
Most recently Tony has performed on My Neon's Dead, the sophomore release of Oakland art-rock quartet Everyone is Dirty.
